Spirides Hospitality Finance provided a $13.5 million construction and permanent mortgage loan for a new hotel project in Orlando.
The 127-suite hotel, Comfort Suites, will be built in Lake Buena Vista. The five-story hotel will be built on 2.5 acres of land located at 11942 Ravello Resort Drive.
No construction timeline was available.
