HRI Properties is working hard to complete their dual-branded hotel in downtown Tampa.
The Hyatt House and Hyatt Place is set to open in less than two months, reports 813area.com.
The 17-story hotel will have 345 guestrooms, 4,800 sq. ft. of meeting space, 3,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space, and 127 public parking spaces.
The $6-million project, across the street from Tampa’s City Hall, is located at the Southeast corner of N Florida Ave. and E Kennedy Boulevard.
DPR Construction was selected as the design-build contractor for the property.
