DeAngelis Diamond is building Lakeside at Waterman Village senior living project in Mount Dora.
When complete, the $60 million almost 345,000-sq.-ft. senior living project will feature 88 independent living units, 32 lakehouse living units, 40 cottage units, along with 24 memory support units, all set on an attractive 37 acres surrounding a natural wetland.
The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2022.
