A.O. Construction Company, Inc., and Wagner Construction have announced their merger, forming A.O. Wagner Construction.
Winter Haven-based A.O. Construction Company has been serving Central Florida since 1960, specializing in full-service general contracting, construction management, and design-build services for a diverse range of industries.
Wagner Construction was established in Leesburg in 2001 and has used its “one-partner” approach to become a premier commercial and industrial developer, guiding clients from consultation to design and construction.
“The newly formed A.O. Wagner Construction is positioned to be a major force in larger markets while continuing to deliver the highly personalized service that clients have come to expect,” the company said in a statement following its Dec. 2 amalgamation.
“One of the big benefits of combining A.O. Construction and Wagner Construction is we’re going to have a much stronger brand presence,” said A.O. Wagner Construction president Gannon Olmert. “We will now be able to leverage our combined strengths to produce a better end product for our clients, as well as providing cost savings and enhanced client service.”
With its combined resources, the company will be able to tackle larger, more complex projects across a variety of market segments. Thanks to shared technology and software systems, A.O. Wagner anticipates streamlined project management and enhanced collaboration that will enable the company to offer innovative hybrid structures that draw on shared knowledge and expertise.
“2025 is set to be an exciting year for us as we launch the A.O. Wagner brand and its expanded offerings across Central Florida. It’s going to be better for our clients, better for us, and it’s just going to be an exciting road to go down,” Olmert said.
