That’s why we introduced Family Fun Day this year—a special initiative designed to bring employees and their loved ones together for a day of laughter, connection, and appreciation.
This completely free event is our way of saying thank you to our dedicated team members. Family Fun Day features carnival-style games, exciting prizes, and a delicious lunch, creating the perfect opportunity for families to spend quality time together while connecting with coworkers in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
A successful start in Southwest and Southeast
The first-ever Family Fun Days took place in January and February in our Southwest and Southeast regions, and the response was incredible. Employees and their families enjoyed a day filled with friendly competition, laughter, and great food. Watching children win prizes, parents take on fun challenges, and coworkers build connections outside of work reinforced why this event is so important.
Many employees shared how much they appreciated having an event where their families could meet their colleagues and feel more connected to the company. Now, we’re getting ready for our West Central Family Fun Day on March 1st, and we couldn’t be more excited!
