Metropolitan Naples has announced the start of construction on Aura, a 15-story luxury residential tower in Naples. The building will feature 56 condominium units ranging in size from 1,890 to 6,335 sq. ft., with prices starting at $2 million and exceeding $7 million.
Suffolk Construction has been contracted to build the high-rise. The development is part of Metropolitan Naples, a project led by Development Partners International, LLC, a firm headed by Naples-based developers Fred Pezeshkan and Jerry Starkey.
Aura will include various amenities, such as a rooftop infinity pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a 5th-floor residents’ lounge, a business center, a guest suite, and an outdoor kitchen with a grilling area. The tower’s units will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. Each residence will have two indoor garage parking spaces, with the parking structure elevated above FEMA flood guidelines.
The development is located in downtown Naples, near shopping and dining options. The project has drawn interest from buyers, with sales activity reported to be strong.
