General contractor, construction manager and design/builder Norco Construction has named Erik Rappel as chief operating officer. He most recently served as Norco’s vice president of operations, after joining the firm in 2017 as senior project manager.

Rijo. “His experience in commercial and residential construction has allowed our firm to steadily grow in major market sectors, including multi-family, workplace, healthcare, retail, hospitality and public, especially in our firm’s main geographical markets of Florida and the Northeastern U.S.

Rappel’s responsibilities include managing the firm’s operations and business growth, executive-level oversight of construction practices and developing long-term expansion strategies.

I am looking forward to growing the firm and leading our team of project managers, site superintendents and support personnel,” said Rappel.
He brings more than 30 years of construction experience to his new position.
The firm’s current and recent work includes the Veterinary Emergency Group animal clinic in Pine Crest, FL and five locations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut; the 40 Carrot Restaurant in Pam Beach Gardens; 14-unit and the four-story Palm Villas townhouse complex in Bay Harbor Islands.
