After nearly three years of dedicated leadership, Bob Chance is stepping down from his position of VP human resources at A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., to focus on personal matters, the company announced.
Bob joined A-1 in August 2022, bringing decades of HR leadership experience across the manufacturing and business sectors. He played a vital role in shaping A-1’s expanding workforce, helping foster a culture grounded in respect, integrity, and accountability.
Beyond strengthening HR systems, he championed employee programs and helped forge community partnerships, including with the Treasure Coast Food Bank, advancing A-1’s mission of giving back.
“Bob brought both heart and structure to our HR operations at a time of meaningful growth and transformation,” said Jan S. Beck, President of A-1 Global Holdings. “His legacy lives on in the people-first policies and culture-building strategies he helped create. We wish him the very best in retirement.”
Reflecting on his experience at A-1, Bob said: “I truly enjoyed my role here and hope that I was able to contribute meaningfully to the Company and its wonderful employees. I have great confidence in A-1’s future and look forward to hearing of your many accomplishments.”
