Affiliated Development is the developer. Moss, the general contractor, has started construction which is expected to last about 18 months.

The development will add 336 new units to Boynton Beach.
“By joining forces with Affiliated Development, we are able to bring this vision to life and provide high quality housing that expands residential options in this growing market,” Moss Construction stated. “Watching a project transition from a blueprint to a groundbreaking is a powerful reminder of the skill and coordination our team brings to the job site every day.
