Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies (BRACE) is a nonprofit disaster preparedness, response and recovery organization serving Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in northwest Florida. Established in 2006 following Hurricane Ivan, BRACE coordinates volunteers and more than 250 partner organizations, supports long-term disaster recovery and leads emergency volunteer and donation coordination. Its programs include community emergency response training and public education initiatives aimed at strengthening disaster resilience, particularly among vulnerable residents.
