B&I Contractors, Inc. is making progress on the Manatee County School – AAA High School, working to support the delivery of a high-quality educational facility for the local community. This project reflects a shared commitment to serving students, staff, and the community for years to come.
The scope of work includes full HVAC and plumbing installation, encompassing cooling towers, chillers, boilers, air handling units, hydronic systems, ductwork, exhaust and air distribution systems, HVAC controls, as well as underground and above-ground storm, sanitary, domestic water, condensate, and gas systems.
“B&I is proud to play a significant role in the construction of the new high school in Lakewood Ranch, a project that will help alleviate overcrowding at neighboring schools while supporting the area’s continued residential growth,” said Wes Coffey, Senior Project Manager. “The opportunity to contribute through three of our trades and collaborate with other outstanding companies makes this project especially meaningful.”
