FORT PIERCE – Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. has announced the appointment of Terri McGalliard as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
McGalliard joins A-1 with more than 30 years of executive finance leadership experience helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has led finance organizations through acquisitions, business transformations, strategic planning, systems implementations, and organizational restructurings while building strong financial and operational foundations.
“Terri brings extensive financial expertise and a steady, collaborative leadership style that aligns well with A-1’s culture and long-term vision,” A-1 Global Holdings president Jan S. Beck said in an Aug. 3 statement.. “Her ability to build strong teams, improve financial visibility, and partner across an organization will be valuable as we continue positioning A-1 for sustainable growth.”
McGalliard will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax, and treasury functions. She will also partner with leaders across the organization to strengthen financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.
Before joining A-1, McGalliard served as Chief Financial Officer of Sounds True, Inc. Her previous leadership experience includes serving as Vice-President of Tax at ION Media Networks, Controller and Vice-President of Tax at American Media, and Chief Financial Officer at StarCapital Corp. She began her career with Ernst & Young and earned a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
